Tom Hapgood
I have been a designer for 13 years after having been a photojournalist and writer in a previous life. These days, I am an assistant professor in the Visual Design area of the Art Department at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR. I teach Typography, Motion Design, Animation, Web Design (code), Web Design (Flash), News Flash: The Art of Interactive Journalism and the basic Computers in Art course for all Art majors.
I write for the design blog on Design.org and engage in various research endeavours, and speak at professional conferences.
